Hi Rhonda, It is straight from the manufactured home dealer. I did not make any changes to the floor plan.The plan that I submitted is what I received from Jonathan at DeTray's. I can see your floor plan you submitted but I want to verifythatthis is manufacturer issued floor plan. Did you make any modifications to it yourself to convert that bedroom to a Den?It still very much looks like a bedroom with a closet and the way the door opens. I searched that model and can't find it listed as a one bedroom. If the floor plan is not straight from the manufacturer,we require a Certificate of Residential Use: Limitation on Number of Bedrooms to be recorded with the Auditors office. It makes sense that Annie would say that because I hadn't seen this updated site plan until the designer emailed it to me on 4/26.After I took a look at it, I told him it was only sufficient for a one bedroom so he sent you the revised site plan showing a one bedroom residence instead of the original two bedroom plan. Annie-here is their latest site plan for a one bedroom home.They are likely going to need the Certificate of Residential Use: Limitation on Number of Bedrooms for a one bedroom since the building footprint is quite large.They have a water adequacy already completed and they had an O&M done.So I don't see any issues with them submitting from an EH standpoint. The reason I am asking for an update to the application or some sort of other documentation is because in the past, it has not always been easy to submit as documentation/proof is typically needed and if I am unable to provide requested documentation, I have to reschedule.I would just like to avoid an issue of driving out there just to be told there's no updated records and then I have to schedule another appointment with permitting.
