Re: Easement for Drainfield
Dear Steve:
I have reviewed the proposed Easement which you forwarded to me
and find no problems with it so long as the document is recorded.
The prime importance for the Health District is that the drainfield is
adequately maintained and does not cause a health hazzard. If this
can be assured, then I see no problem since the affluent will be dis-
charged through acceptable means.
Very truly yours,
OWEN 0 SO WEAVER
