The parcel as noted above contains code enforcement violations of the
building/construction and/or development codes as adopted by Title 14 and Title
15 of the Mason County Code. Records indicate that the required permits and/or
inspections were not performed and code violations exist. The violation involves
the following: Occupancy of 1978 Kit 28' x 66' Manufactured Home without
Mason County Building approval. The owner was informed of the violations and
applied for the permit, BLD94-01762 on December 8, 1994, but failed to
complete inspections. The unit has not been granted occupancy approval
through Mason County and must complete the permit process.
The purpose of this notice is to inform future owners and/or lienholders that the
unit as it exists, does not comply with Mason County requirements according to
standards currently in place.
The recording of this document does not waive the rights of Mason County to
pursue enforcement/compliance action against the owner of record at this time,
future owners who purchase the property in this condition or any party with any
legal interest in the parcel or personal property. This structure has not been
permitted, inspected or approved by Mason County Building Department.
