Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on

COMMENTS:
There is a Type III Stream at rear segment of property. There are 75
feet separation between edge of stream and perk holes. According to Mason
County Interim Resource Ordinance a 100 foot setback shall be required.
