Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick:
I have reviewed your building Permit site plan and revisited the
property at NE,3�1 Davy Jones Court in Beard' s Cove. Your
proposal to located the mobile home only 10 ft. from the creek
will not meet County setback standards from streams (setback of
45 to 65 feet from the creek) . With existing residences already
too close to the creek, this Department will allow you to locate
as close to the creek as the home on Lot 33, which is a
reasonable distance of 30 feet from the creek.
Moving the proposed residence 30 feet from the creek will
certainly require the residence to be positioned at .a different
location on the lot than you have submitted. As a part of your
application, you should submit a new site plan with the proper
setbacks and location of the drainfield noted on it . I have
enclosed the conditions that will go along with your building
permit. Please note that there is a sideyard setback of 10 feet
from the property line to the dripline of the structure. This
distance should be noted on a new site plan for the residence,
submitted prior to being issued this building permit .
