This lot is between Anchor Dr to the south and east and to the west is a creek that runs parallel to Anchor Dr.
No one was home at the time of the site visit. Apparently the owner, Miguel Joaguin, or possible renters have
dug the channel deeper and diverted the flow toward the property of a neighbor on the east side of the creek at
21 NE Davey Jones. According to Joan Amborn who lives at 21 NE Davey Jones. According to Amborn and
another neighbor who came up to me while I was there said that during a rain event recently the diverted water
came through the Amborn garage and under the house. I was not flowing in that direction at the time of my
visit but I could see evidence that it had in the past. It was also reported to me that the diversion has
undermined the roots of trees and some have fallen as a result of the water flow.
The owner's mailing address in the Assessor's data shows an address on Santa Maria, not Anchor, so it may be
a renter.
The complainant would like me to follow up with them. Please let me know what you determine. Thanks

Dear Penny Orth:
We the board for Beards Cove Community Organization are writing this letter to you as
we have some concerns with a creek diversion on our easement between two resident's
properties. I believe Mr. Amborn from 21 Davy Jones PI has already spoken to you
regarding this matter. There are more photos available of the creek in question that shows
how the course appears to have been changed. Of even greater concern are the hoses
running from the residence on the corner of 70 NE Anchor Dr draining into said creek.
These photos will be attached to this email for your review.
