Comments: A letter was submitted by Joyce Joynson dated August 3, 2006. This
letter and design form submitted by Joyce Johnson addressed the flows
for the proposed commercial space, but does not address the waste
strength. This is non residentail strength waste. I need to know what
the proposed waste strength will be and if the pretreatment unit she has
proposed will treat the non residential strength waste.
