Dear Amanda:
There is an application in the works for a change of
occupancy for this office building. The original design
was for two retail business offices and chiropractic
office for a design septic flow of 240 GPD. The water
records from Belfair water dist. are attached, show that
only twice in two years did they exceed that amount and
that was in June & July when the owner was watering plants
outside of the building.
The chiropractic office will remain the same as 130 GPD.
Dentist & Max of 2 helpers will use 3 x 15GPD= 45GPD.
Equipment(dry vac. ) does not use water.
Film processor waste water is collected & sent out.
Model trimmer & misa.. sink usage averages 4 GPD.
TOTAL USAGE ANTICIPED. 179GPD
There was a safety factor of 360GPD with the previous
usage and a pre-treatment septic built into the final
treatment.
A copy of the waterless vacuum system is attached as well
as notes from the contractor showing proposed water usage,
and the fact that the dental clinic only plans to be open
3 days a week, it appears that the design flows will not
be exceeded.

Then dental clinic will be open 3 days per week.
The film processor is not used every day,it depends upon patients.
The waste,with Solutions,from the processor is serviced and does not go into the septic,and
is picked up with the biochemical waste by a service. .
The non chemical water goes into the septic.
Present unit Gas two existing bathrooms.
I'm sure you know this stuff.
