Notification of Mason County Code Violation

The receipt of this notice shall constitute service regarding notification of violations of
the Mason County Code, Title 14, Building and Construction. The violation(s) are
occurring at the following property:
Enforcement Case No.: ENF2005-00155
Parcel No.: 123303200010
Site Address: 102 NE RAINBOW LN BELFAIR
(� The Mason County Building Department investigated on 5/16/2005 a
complaint regarding non-permitted construction of 14' tall structure with 2
stories at the above location. The inspector noted that complaint appeared
valid and posted a Stop Work.
According to the Mason County Assessor records, parties named above hold legal
interest in the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to
comply.
Records indicate that this enforcement issue has not been resolved and is
outstanding at this time.
In order to bring your site into compliance you must:
1). Per conversation with building inspector on site, an arrangement was agreed to
bring structure to conform and meet exempt status. Inspector gave card to
homeowner to call for site visit and verification of compliance within 30 days.
Inspector must be contacted and site visit completed within time allowed to be in
compliance.
Note that the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of any Notice posted
on 5/16/2005 would be deemed a separate violation of Title 14.

This notice is to inform you that in the event that you fail to comply, we will pursue
additional enforcement action against you, including but not limited to recording
against the parcel, civil infractions, liens against the property through the Mason
County Hearings Examiner process and/or criminal prosecution as allowed under Title
14 and Title 15 of the Mason County Code.
