The violation(s) are occurring at the following property: Enforcement Case No.: ENF2005-00155 Parcel No.: 123303200010 Site Address: 102 NE RAINBOW LN BELFAIR (� The Mason County Building Department investigated on 5/16/2005 a complaint regarding non-permitted construction of 14' tall structure with 2 stories at the above location. The inspector noted that complaint appeared valid and posted a Stop Work. According to the Mason County Assessor records, parties named above hold legal interest in the parcel and are therefore subject to enforcement action for failure to comply. Records indicate that this enforcement issue has not been resolved and is outstanding at this time. In order to bring your site into compliance you must: 1). Per conversation with building inspector on site, an arrangement was agreed to bring structure to conform and meet exempt status. Inspector gave card to homeowner to call for site visit and verification of compliance within 30 days. Inspector must be contacted and site visit completed within time allowed to be in compliance. Note that the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of any Notice posted on 5/16/2005 would be deemed a separate violation of Title 14.
