I have suggested to the Building Department that the building permits be issued under the following conditions, which we discussed this morning: 1. That the building be set back an additional 5' to allow for better parking movement in the front of the store. This then would mean there would be room for 20' parking stalls and 15' aisle way for access or a total of 35' of setback from property line to building. 2. That a deflecting curb be installed at the right of way line to better control access to the store front and preclude backing into the highway rights of way.
