You are in violation of Mason County Development Code Mason County Code Title 3.7 Mason County Code Title 14 Mason County Community Development alleges the following: COUNT(1) Collective Gardens(medical cannabis) are regulated under Mason County Code Title 17, Chapter 17.09. As such,the facility subject of this Notice is operating without meeting the criteria of this code and is currently in violation. COUNT(2) Commercial permits shall be required for commercial use buildings when there is a change in tenant priorto occupancy whether or not construction or alterations are performed or proposed and regardless of the use or occupancy classification under Mason County Code Title 14, Section 14.o8.030(4).
