Disposal Permit, Access Permit, Land Modification Permit, Boundary Line Adjustments, Land Segregations, ( �
Hazardous Waste Permit, or Shoreline Permit in determining whether their property is affect by regulations under
the Mason County Interim Ordinance (77-93). This checklist is an important opportunity for identifying early in the
permit process whether there will be any environmental regulations affecting the proposed development.
If the information is incomplete, then Mason County must disclaim any errors resulting from
deficiencies in the original application. Pre-inspection reports remain valid only until
development changes occur in the vicinity which affects the lot evaluated in this inspection.

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Near future:
1. Temporary site for Timberline Regional Library
(Three portable building on site for one year or until
new library is completed.)
2. After library departure remove building next to Post
office to Theler Trust Property next to Theler Center
for use as Host house.
3. Remaining two buildings will be used for alternative
high school by North Mason School District for an
indefinite period until formal location can be
developed. (Approximately 25 to 30 students)
4. All buildings will eventually be moved to the Theler
Community Center site for use as a research facility
and gift shop.
Long range:
1. Build commercial building on site after sewers have
been installed as an income producing asset for the
Theler Trust.
NOTE:
Each unit has restroom facilities but only one
is being utilized. (Center building with handi-cap
accessibility)
