PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE REQUEST FORM
The purpose of the pre-submission application is to identify andlor eliminate as many potential problems
as possible in order for the project to be proemes without delay. Representatives from the Building Department,
Fire Marshal's office,Environmental Health,Planning and Public Work Deparb=us may attend the meeting to discuss rules and
regulations applicable to the proposed project. Topics covered during the meeting will include the comprehensive plan,shoreline .
program,zoning,availability of sewer and potable water,development concepts,building construction,fire protection,and life safety
of the propose I project. Your pre-submission conference will be informative when you provide accurate and detailed information on
the Pre-Sub 'ssion Conference Application Form and the site plan.
Pre-submission conferences are held every Wednesday and Last approximately one-hour.To schedule a conference

Dr.This letter is in response to your Initial Review Questionnaire(IRQ). You are proposing
to construct an 8600 square foot office and retail building on tax parcel 12329-42-00000.
According to the Mason County Comprehensive Plan this parcel is located in a portion of
the county that has been designated as the Belfair Urban Growth area. Your proposal is a
permitted use according to the Mason County Development Regulations.
The retail and office lease space will require further review as tenants are found so that
we can properly review the proposed use. In order to review these uses, a Tenant Review
will be required prior to any tenant opening for business. Please contact the building
department at (360) 427-9670 extension 284 regarding this process.
I see you have already scheduled a Pre-Submission Conference for April 3, 2002. At this
