Public Works has received a copy of the Operation&Maintenance (O&M) Covenant prepared
and recorded for the Mitchell Lumber Company stormwater plan reviewed and accepted by Public
Works as stated in an IDC to you dated June 9, 1997.
Public Works requests that it be informed when the stormwater control features are completed so
that their conformance to the accepted design can be confirmed.
The O&M Covenant bears a recording number of 468546, and lists Mr. Jeffery Mitchell as the
responsible contact person.
