PARB20 Building Plan Review 12/9/2010 1/5/2011 None DONE LAW 1/5/2011 LAW The applicant is not sure on the specfic use of the building,because of this it is hard to be specific about the requirement for the use.The following are potential requirements based on the meeting: 1.Fire flow is required for all uses,a fire hydrant meeting the location and fire flow needed for the size and type of construction is required. 2.A fire sprinkler system my be required if the building is over the allowable area or based on use,ie,a I occupancy or the fire flow needs. 3.An automatic fire alarm system maybe required based on use and the fire flow requirements. 4.Fire extinguishers are required per chapter 9 of the 2009 International Fire code and NFPA 10. 5.A knox box is required per section 506 of the 2009 International Fire code. 6.Exiting under chapter 10 of the 2009 International Building code is required to be addressed. 7.ADA requirements under the state WAC and chapter 11 of the IBC is required to be addressed. 8.Plumbing under chapter 29 of the 2009 UPC is required to be addressed. 9.Fire walls based on location to property lines and the other structure maybe required. A full code analysis is required,copies of the standard pre-submittion forms were given to the applicant that show the submittal requiremnets.
