A Hydraulic Project Approval from the Washington State Department of Fish +Wildlife must be granted prior to construction. A water quality standards modification will be required from the Department of Ecology for this project(WAC 173-201-035(8)(e)). 3.) All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded, vegetated or given an equivalent type of erosion protection (silt fencing or straw matting). 4.) The applicant acknowledges that the project will be completed as proposed, so that the project will be consistent with all applicable standards of the Mason County Resource Ordinance. 5.) All culverts shall be maintained in perpetuity to ensure that drainage will not overflow. 6.) Approved per dimensions and setbacks on submitted site plan. 7.) A Department of the Army permit shall be obtained prior to the performance of any activities waterward of the mean higher high water mark or ordinary high water mark or in wetlands.
