Be-inning at the northwest corner of said south half of the south-
east quarter of the northeast quarter said section, township and
range; thence east, al_on- the north line of said south half of the
southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, 660 feet; thence south
parallel with the west line of said south half of southeast quarter
of northeast quarter, 150 feet; thence west, parallel with the
north line of said south half of southeast quarter of northeast
quarter, 660 feet, more or less, to the west line thereof; thence
north, along the west lire of said south half of southeast quarter
of northeast auarter, 150 feet, more or less, to the point of begin-
ning; EXCEPTAG therefrom, however, right-of-way for Old Navy Yard
Highway.
