The parcel as noted above contains code enforcement violations of the
N'a= building/construction and/or development codes as adopted by Title 14 and Title

15 of the Mason County Code. Records indicate that the required permits and/or
inspections were not performed and code violations exist. The violation involves
the construction of the following: RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE ADDITION
without obtaining required development permits or approval. The site was posted
with a Stop Work Order on September 12, 2001. The owner has been issued civil
infractions pertaining to the illegal construction in Mason County District Court on
8/23/05 and 11/27/06. The owner failed to comply by obtaining the required
Mason County Building Permit and/or inspections. The recording of this
document does not waive the rights of Mason County to pursue
enforcement/compliance action against the owner of record at this time, future
owners who purchase the property in this condition or any party with any legal
interest in the parcel or personal property. The structure has not been permitted
or inspected for compliance with current regulations and is not approved for use.
