For and in consideration of the sum of $��

ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor , BEATRICE A. R.OSENAU,
hereby grants and conveys to the Grantees , WILLIAM PLUFF and MARY C.
PLUFF, husband and wife, their successors and assigns , the right, grivi--
lege and authority to construct, improve, repair and maintain an alter-
nate drain field over and across the following described land located
in Mason County, State of Washington. The drain field will be installed
in a good and workman like manner and the premises restored as nearly
as possible to the same condition it was in prior to the facility being
installed.
A strip of land 15 feet by 150 feet on the STV portion
of the S 100 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Sec. 29 , Township 23 N, Range 1 W, W.M.
Said strip being contiguous to the followinq described property
owned by Crantees herein :
A tract in the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec.
29 , Township 23 N , Range 1 W, W.M. , more particularly des-
cribed as follows :
Beginning at the center post of said Sec. 29 ; Th. E along
the centerline of said Sec. 29 , 1141 ft. to the place of
beginning of this description; Th. E 150 ft. to the S11 mar-
gin of the Navy Yard Highway; Th. S alone said V. margi.n of
said Navy Yard Highway 155. 62 ft. to the N ' ly right-of-4 ay
line of North Shore County Road; Th. S 77*25 ' jl alona the
N 'ly margin of the North Share Road 15A .92 ft. ; Th. N to
the POP , excepting therefrom road rights-of-way .
The Grantor shall make no use of land occupied by said easement
except for shallow cultivation.
In exercising the rights herein granted , the Grantees , their
successors and assigns , may pass and repass over said drainfiela
cut and remove brush, trees and other obstructions which in the opinion
of. the Grantees interfere with the drainfield.
The covenants herein contained shall run with the Land and are
binding upon all subsequent owners thereof .
In Witness Whereof , The said Grantor has executed this instrument
