The road access permit is hereby approved, subject to any comments below
This permit shall be void and the bond forfeited to Mason County unless the work herein contemplated
shall have been completed on or before: 09/08/2006
Once the access has been completely installed, please notify the Public Works Dept. so we may conduct a
final insepction.
Specifications:
Access to be graveled to property line with 3" depth of clean gravel
Access will be staked and flagged by the permittee for the pre-inspection
Access will be inspected by this office prior to installation
Access installation shall be in accordance with Mason County specifications
Commercial /Multi use access shall require STOP sign(s), installed in conformance to the MUTCD manual, at intersection
with the county road
Culvert to be aluminum, concrete or polyethylene
Culvert will lay in line of ditch
Culvert to be a minimum of 12" diameter by 30' length

Comments:
40'x12" Culvert required. Access must slope back from roadway to center of ditch and be flush with or
below road surface. Culvert must have a minimum of 3" of compacted fill over top of it. Re-grade with
crushed rock. Stop sign required for multi-use. Must conform to MUTCD standards.
