X 2) **CUSTOM CONDITION** -- All new construction shall be anchored to prevent floatation, collapse, or lateral movement of the structure.(Per Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance No. 59-91.) X 3) **CUSTOM CONDITION** -- All new construction shall be constructed with materials and utility equipment resistant to flood damage. (Per Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance #59-91) X 4) **CUSTOM CONDITION** -- All new and replacement water supply systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of flood waters into the system. (Per Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance #59-91) X 5) **CUSTOM CONDITION** -- On-site waste disposal systems shall be located to avoid impairment to them or contamination from them during flooding. (Per Flood Hazard Prevention Ordinance #59-91) X 6) **CUSTOM CONDITION** -- BUILDING INSPECTOR WILL NOT SIGN OFF FOUNDATION INSPECTION UNTIL IT IS APARENT THAT FIRST FLOOR IS LOCATED AT LEAST ONE FOOT ABOVE 100 YEAR FLOOD ELEVATION OF 33.31. X 7) Erosion Protection -- All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded, vegetated or given some other equivalent type of protection against erosion. X 8) Wood Treatments -- Pressure treated wood must be completely dry prior to placement in water. Use of creosote or pentachlorophenol is prohibited.
