two chimney,the most
damaged has had several feet
of the top removed it also has a
metal liner. I told the owner that
the liner would have to be
braced and the top of the
chimney be made weather tight
if she elected not to have it
rebuilt.)also told her to contact
L&I to get a list of WABO cert.
chimney inspectors to do a
complete flue inspection and
make suggestions for repairs.
Also looked at her fuel tank and
showed her where the fuel lines
appear to have been stressed
and also appeares to be leaking
slightly on the return side.She
indicated she would haver son
fix this week.
