The building is described with the permit information. The Parks Department and the user groups would like to request a phazed construction program in cooperation with the Building Department. The Parks Department would take out the entire building permit, but would request that the construction be phazed in a two year construction program. Unit 1 and possibly unit 2, would be constructed in 1999. (Each unit is 12 x 24). The reamaining units, 3,4, & 5 would be constructed in 2000. Following the completion of units 1 & 2, the Parks Department would request a permit extension for the year 2000 to complete units 3,4, & 5. 1 would like to have the opportunity to discuss this proposal prior to submitting a permit application.
