Per WAC 246-205-580
Dear Kirk Smith,
On or about August 2, 2005 WestNET, while executing a search warrant confiscated an
alleged illegal methamphetamine drug lab and several kinds of hazardous chemicals
associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine. Due to the chemical process
involved in the manufacture of methamphetamine and the chemicals removed from the
scene the Mason County Department of Health Services (MCDHS) designated the
residence unfit for use on August 3, 2005.
To the best of our knowledge, the information upon which the property was originally
declared unfit for use has been addressed by Advance Environmental Inc.
Decontamination in accordance with procedures deemed appropriate by the Health
Officer of Mason County were reviewed and accepted on November 7, 2005.
As the legal owner,you are responsible for notifying all future inhabitants, renters,
home purchasers, or real estate agents that the property was used as an illegal drug
lab.
