X The stormwater management plan (Sheet C-1) has been reviewed and approved based on applicants claim that no new imperviousness results from the proposed park improvements. The Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control features promoted on plan sheet C-2 should be implemented as necessary to protect neighboring properties and State waters from potential adverse stormwater runoff impacts. Separate plumbing and building permits are required for additional work. Work associated with submitted plans outside of the scope of the grading activities will be reviewed under the submitted COM2005-00087 permit. Work shall not commence on those improvements until the permit has been approved and issued. X Grading permit consists of plan sheets: SUO-1 of 1, L-1, L-2, L-3, L-4, C-1 and C-2.
