As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Shoreline (SPI) site inspection was performed on your property. Below you
will find comments made regarding the proposed development and it ' s
critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from shorelines, steep slopes,
streams, and wetlands must be included in your specific proposal ; these
setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.

COMMENTS:
Site visit verified Union River and associated wetlands and floodplains.
Proposed site for new home is where homestead structure was demolished.
This site is more than 90 ' from type III stream and more than 60 , from low
area with poor drainage. Site is on a rise that parallels stream in the
northeast part of the property. Union River is a southwest side of the
property and wetlands are located adjacent to stream and parts of Union
River. Advise owner of fill for septic site evaluation.
