The storm drainage system for the RiteAid#6544 in Belfair was constructed according to the
approved engineering plans. The storm system will function in accordance with the design and
in compliance with the Mason County engineering standards.

Hello Fred,
I was told that Debbie Koker needs a letter from the Engineer that that the storm system was built and will
function as designed. Is this a separate requirement from the Stormwater Checklist that I sent to you?
If not, attached is a letter stating that the storm system was installed per design and will function in
accordance with the design and with Mason County stormwater requirements.
Please review and approve or comment as soon as possible as this is holding up our final inspection.

The following conditions were added to the land modification permit for the Belfair,WA Rite-Aid project,permit#GRD2007-00031:
The owner/applicant shall provide to Mason County inspection reports prepared by the engineer record, complying with the
requirements as noted in Chapter 14.44,section 14.44.220 through 14.44.230.

All conditions are required to be met by the Applicant as stated in the approved Storm Drainage Report

In addition the following condition was added to the building permit for the project,permit#COM2007-00035:
Per comment letter from Mason County Public Works Department,Programs Engineer,John Slivas, dated 11113107, The Storm
water Drainage Plan and Drawings should be incorporated into the site development plans and are hereby made conditions for
permit issuance.

The Mason County Building Inspector will verify that the land modification work,including all grading and storm water work is
installed in accordance to the approved design. Verification can be achieved by supplying a letter from the engineer of record has
inspected and approved project for compliance.
