GRD2007-00031
1) Proper disposal of construction debris must be on uplands, in such a manner that debris cannot enter wetlands or cause water quality degradation of
adjacent waters. X �
2) All other necessary permits from Mason County, Washington State and/or Federal Agencies that are required for this proposed development and
construction must be obtained PRIOR TO SAME DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION. X
3) All conditions are required to be met by the Applicant as stated in the approved Storm Drainage Report X
4) ALL CLEARING,CUTTING, GRADING, EXCAVATING, TERRACING, FILLING AND SIMILIAR WORK WILL BE REGULATED BY THE
REQUIREMENTS PURSUANT TO THE MASON COUNTY GRADING PERMIT STANDARDS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION 141-96 and MASON
COUNTY CODE, TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.44.

This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days,or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at anytime after work is
commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied.
