Kim Knapp entered the information. I assume that the plans are in the "system" somewhere. I do need to see them and make my comments. As for future issues like this one, I assume from our conversation that we will require permits,J'll do the review and inspection, and if the system does not pass a final, it will be so noted in Tidemark. Since they are not required, the fact that a system did not pass a final inspection would not prohibit occupancy. Frankly, I'm still not comfortable with even acknowledging our involvement with an unapproved system, but I don't have a good arguement for Mike's position on getting these systems into our.permit process. .I guess one question would be, "Do we stick the County's neck out if we allow/condone someone living in a house that has an unapproved sprinkler system, vs. not even acknowledging the existence of the system? Good question for the new DCD guy-to ponder.
