North Mason School District#403 has agreed to an impact/mitigation fee of$500 per apartment unit and/or
single-family home for the development of the Olympic Ridge housing development and Olympic Sunset View
Apartments.This agreement only pertains to the developments as seen in the attached documents.This
agreement does not pertain to any future development of these areas or any other apartments/single family
homes that are added later.The current agreement covers the following units:
145 single family homes in the Olympic Ridge housing development.
126 apartment units in the phase 1 Olympic Sunset View Apartment development.
108 apartment units in the phase 2 Olympic Sunset View Apartment development.
Phase 2 only has 102 units
