This report in conjunction with US Buildings Drawing 90-151817 dated 5/22/2000 and stamped by C. P. Nangia on 5/24/2000, Encl (1), is considered an engineered package. The plot plan showing the location of the building on the property will be provided by the property manager and is not included in this report. The building as shown on US Buildings LLC drawing Enclosure (1) was originally purchased to be installed at Ensign Ranch Recreational Property in Cle Elem, WA. The building was never installed and has been in storage since 2000. The building components are in excellent condition. The original design drawings as stamped by Chandler P. Nangia, PE in 2000 are for site conditions of 25 psf ground snow load, 90 mph wind and seismic zone C. The Zion's Camp installation design requirements are 25 psf ground snow load, 85 mph Exposure B wind and seismic zone D1. The pre-engineered metal building and foundation details as shown on Enclosure (1) are adequate for the Zion's Camp location design conditions. Installation in accordance with the Enclosure (1) and US Buildings installation instructions will meet all requirements for 2009 IBC Ref(a). Other revisions and issue dates for US Buildings order 90-15817 are not applicable to installation at Zion's Camp in conjunction with this report. For clarification, the foundation and reinforcement requirements are as follows. 4" slab reinforced with 6x6x6/6 welded wire or equivalent. Side wall and Page 1 of 2 end wall footings are to have two #4 continuous rebar at the bottom and top as shown on Encl (1) section A-A and B-B. Rebar Stirrups are #3 rebarl 8" oc in side and end perimeter footings. Perimeter footing is to extend a minimum of 12" below the ground level. The PMB base channel is to be bolted to the top of the perimeter foundation with 1/2" anchor bolts extending a minimum of 2" above the top of the foundation. Anchor bolt spacing is as shown on Encl (1).
