RE : Stop Work Order
Dear Mr. and Mrs . Russell,
On April 2, 1999, our office received a complaint regarding
non-permitted construction of a garage addition. The complaint
was validated and a stop work order was posted.
To date, we have received no response to that posting which
is the purpose of this notification letter.
To bring the site into compliance with Mason County
Ordinance regulations, it will be necessary to apply for an after
the fact permit or remove the addition.
Enclosed are the necessary forms . Please complete and
submit the required information if you choose to obtain an after
the fact permit .
