Page 1 of 4 CASE NOTES FIR2013-00005 CONDITIONS FOR FIR2013-00005 1.) Per section 901.2.1 of the 2009 International Fire code, Statement of Compliance. Before requesting final approval of the installation, the installing contractor shall furnish a written statement to the fire code official that the subject fire protection system has been installed in accordance with the approved plans and has been tested in accordance with the manufactures specifications and the appropriate7installation standard. Any deviations from the design standards shall be noted and copies of the approvals for such deviations shall be attached to a ten statement. X This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days, or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work is commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied. Proof of continuation of work is by means of a progress inspection.The owner or the agent on the owners behalf, represents that the information provided is accurate and grants employees of Mason County access to;t-�above described property and structure for review and inspection. Fees The permit fee will be assessed based on the submitted contractor bid for the project or a minimum of$168.50. A plan review fee will be calculated at 65%of the permit fee(minimum$109.50)and is due upon submittal of permit application. Contractor's Affidavit I certify that I am a currently registered contractor in the State of Washington. I am aware of the ordinance requirements regulating the work for which the permit is issued and certify that all work will be in compliance with this ordinance. No changes will be made without first obtaining approval from the Mason County Fire Marshal. Has this changed ?If yes, please resubmit the change to the office showing how it's to be heated and how the Washington state energy code compliance is to be met, or resubmit new sprinkler plans showing this to be a dry pipe system.
