We will use a manual concrete saw cutter and manually removed pieces off site. Minimal material will be removed at footing of existing bulkhead in order to get removed and new concrete forms set. All removed material will be carefully set aside and protected until reinstallation back in same area of new concrete footing and bulkhead. 8b.
