Dear Mr. Beynon ,
The Mason County Planning Staff has reviewed your building permit
application to construct a retail building on the property located
in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29 , Township 23 North, Range
1 West , WM. During this review it has come to our attention that
the site plan does not specify the location and dimensions of one
required handicap parking stall . According to the Mason County
Parking Standards one handicap parking stall is required for every
fifty spaces .
Please submit a revised site plan showing the location of the
handicap parking stall ( located nearest to the primary building
entrance) and its dimensions ( 12 1/2 feet in width and 20 feet in
length ) .
Please refer to the Mason County Parking Standards for additional
handicap parking stall requirements .
Your permit application will continue to be processed when we have
received the information listed above. Thank you.
