Dear Sirs:
This is a progress report letter on the subject permit number 22950 issued
for a single family residence we are building north of Belfair. Please
ensure a copy of this letter is placed in the permit file folder.
Since our last letter of 10 April 1991, we have installed the sheetrock
and suspended ceilings in the house. These were subcontracted. The
interior inspection portion of the permit was signed off by inspector
Don Fauver on June 14th, 1991. We are working on finishing interior
plumbing (connecting up shower, toilet and sinks), and have installed
interior stair handrails, and smoke alarms.
The above is evidence of slow, but steady progress towards completion.
Accordingly, we are hereby requesting that this permit be considered
"alive" and be extended another six months from the date of this letter.

Dear Sir :
We are hereby requesting a six—month extension to 26 October 1989
on permit number 22950 dated 26 October 1988. This permit was
issued for a single family residence we are building north of
Belfair.
We contracted out the foundation, framing and roof soon after
the permit was granted. The foundation inspection was signed off
on 3 November 19889 and the building is framed and mostly sheathed.
But due to bad weather and contractor delays, the roof was not
completed until January 1989.
The remainder of the construction will be done largely by us
in order to stretch our building funds. We are working on the
siding now. Our progress has been slowed by the inclement weather
we had in January and February, colds and flu we both suffered,
and the difficulty of the house design (very tall Victorian home) .
We also are expecting our first child April 20th. As a result,
we need a six—month permit extension in order to prepare for
subsequent building inspections.

This is a progress report letter on the subject permit number 22950 issued
for a single family residence we are building north of Belfair.
Enclosed are copies of our last two progress report letters. Please ensure
they are placed in the permit file folder for reference, along with a copy of
this letter.
Since our last letter of 10 October 1989, we have completed a woodstove hearth,
interior wall framing, and about three-quarters of the electrical wiring system.
Building Inspector Mr. Wayne Krause visited on-site on 4 January 1990, and
approved certain modifications to the building plan, including a setback of the
living room wall and masonry, thermal pane wood-stopped windows, a change to
the back bedroom entryway, and one-hour rated acoustical suspended ceiling (to
include adjoining fire-blocking in wall) in lieu of sheetrocking the second
story floor joists. These changes were noted and approved on the Job Site Copy
of the Building Plan.
Since we are constructing this three-story home ourselves, work is progressing
slowly, but steadily. It is sometimes hampered by employment demands such as
mandatory weekend or 12-hour day overtime, or by inclement weather (snow and
ice in February) which precludes obtaining necessary building materials and
supplies.
We are hereby requesting another six-month extension on this permit, and that
it be considered "alive". Please feel free to contact us at 275-5079 should

Since our last letter of 4 March 1990, we have completed the eleCtrieal
installation, including inspection by the Department of Labor and Industries
and power hook-up by the Public Utility District. Two windows have been
installed, and the rest are on order, due to arrive in late August. We are
in the process of finishing painting on the exterior trim. The gable vents
and soffett vents have been installed.
We also were in contact with your office on 24 May 1990 (Wayne Kraus) , and
on 13 August 1990 (Don Fauver) with construction questions, and at those
times, the conversation was noted on our progress card, and the permit
extended we believe through the first of the year (1 January 1991) .
We are hereby requesting that this permit be considered "alive", and be

has also been completed to the back door off the kitchen, and two exterior doors
installed.

This is a progress report letter on the subject permit number 22950 issued
for a single family residence we are building north of Belfair. Please

Since our last letter of 28 November 1990, we installed a bathroom ceiling
fan, and built entry porches and handrails. The septic ditch was dug and the
connection completed to the septic tank, and the ditch was backfilled. The
mechanical and structural portions of the permit were signed off (by inspector
named Don) on 19 February 1991. Also, Jemco of Bremerton was hired to install
the insulation and completed this work in late March 1991. We are currently
accepting bids for hiring out the sheetrock installation.
The above is evidence of slow, but steady progress towards completion.
Accordingly, we are hereby requesting that this permit be considered "alive"
and be extended anotehr six months from the date of this letter. Please
