The Appellant is appealing the value on a guest cottage that is a"tiny home".
The Assessor provided Revised Code of Washington(RCW) 43.22.450, Section 5 that defines "tiny house
with wheels".
The Board found no clear, cogent, or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $72,180 and improvements at $54,785 for a total of
$126,965 for the subject parcel.
