No I did not go to the site, I did talk to Bonnie Knight regarding whether they could use it in its temp location for the public,
they were told no if it's just set on cribbing. To allow the public in, it would need a foundation and proper ingress egress etc.

Hello Larry,
moving on to another project...
The Port of Allyn is ready to start the moving the oyster house located on North Bay Road to port property. They plan to place it
there possibly for as long as 2 years while they proceed to secure approval to place the structure on the shoreline. During my
conversations with the parties associated with the project I have been told that you had visited the site and told them what will be
necessary to secure a permit. Unfortunately I cannot find records for any inspections. Do you recall if there are a-mails or cases
created where you placed your inspection reports? Any info you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Deberra,
Thank you again for going over the building permit review process with me JAN U 8 2015
this morning.
Judy says she has Matt from NL Olson on board to do a site plan. 1.216 W. CEDAR S T.
I'm hopeful this will satisfy the county requirements. Sounds like he
won't have anything done until next week but hopefully the process will go
quickly after that.
I did want to share my notes from previous discussions with the County.
According to Larry Waters, phone conversation on Nov.5,2013,a 6'
perimeter fence would allow for a non-engineered foundation,in order to
protect public safety. This was then echoed in his conversations with
Rusty from the Port and so the plan all along was to fence off the
perimeter.
Hopefully the engineering site plan showing the perimeter fence will be
sufficient. We'll see what Matt comes up with.
Thank you for helping to move the permit through as quickly as possible.
Sincerely,
Brian
