Activity to Date:
Since 1993 we have cleared 90% of the property of trees, stumps & brush. Taken
agprox. 60 % of the topsoil available and blended with imported materials to create
a good all around mix of topsoil to sell to homeowners and contractors in the area.
We have landscaped along Hwy 3 , planting trees shrubs and grass. We created a
berm along Log Yard Rd and covered it with 6 inches of bark. We have
established the slope along Katchemak Lane and built a rockwall and hydroseeded.
We have had a well drilled and built a pump house. We also had a truck scale
built. In 1998 we built a 2,000 square foot office and did some paving. All this time
we have been bringing in material , screening and blending it and reselling it as
products people can use. So basically we have been a Recycling Facility since 1993.
We also haul in products to resell, washed rock, crushed rock, sand, rockery rock,
mulches, bark, sawdust and a variety of decorative rocks. I have included a detailed
drawing of our site as it is today.

Projected Activity to Obtain Completion of Grading Plan
The materials needed to obtain the finished elevations for this project come from
various public and private construction projects in Mason and Kitsap County's. We
bring in these various materials and either screen them to create sand, topsoil or
rock and then blend or crush the separate materials to meet different specifications
for the various needs of our customers. Not all of the material goes back out the
door as a saleable product. This material is being used to create our fills along with
native on site material properly put in the rill areas and compacted. We will be
taking in concrete and crushing it to be used as a road base for various projects in
Mason and Kitsap Counties. All concrete will be weighed as it comes in and
weighed as it goes back out crushed. So we will be able to comply with the
Regulations regarding the Recycling of concrete.
