CONDITIONS FOR

1) PURSUANT TO 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, ALL SITES MUST HAVE APPROVED NUMBERS OR ADDRESSES PROVIDED IN SUCH A
POSITION AS TO BE PLAINLY VISIBLE AND LEGIBLE FROM THE STREET OR ROAD FRONTING THE PROPERTY. MASON COUNTY BUILDING
DEPARTMENT REQUIRES THAT THIS BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CALLING FOR ANY SITE INSPECTIONS. A REINSPECTION FEE, BASED ON
RATES AS ADOPTED BY THE JURISDICTION AND THE 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE WILL BE ASSESSED IF OWNER/CONTRACTOR FAILS
TO POST ADDRESS ON SITE PRIOR TO REQUESTING INSPECTIONS.

Chapter 14.44, section 14.44.220 through 14.44.230.

11) Cut and fill slopes shall be setback from site boundaries in accordance with Section 14.44.190.

construction of structures.

Public Works
prior to any occupancy or use of site as indicated.

15) Fire apparatus access roads standards chapter 14.17 of the Mason County Building Code shall be adhered to. X
A rapid access " system is required for this compound. Contact Mason County Fire District#2 at 360-275-6711 for an application and mounting
instructions. X
This permit becomes null and void if work r construction authorized is not oommenoed within 180 days,or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work is
commenced. Evidence of con in ation o> ork r �1ro�ress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied.
