Sand& Gravel General Permit Coverage Required
Dear Messrs Johnson:
This letter is follow-up to our recent E-mail communication(3/5/2013),regarding proposed
concrete& asphalt recycling at your property near 100 Northeast Peninsula Boulevard in Belfair.
Note that all sites having crushing, classifying, or stockpiling activities associated with mining or
processing operations must obtain Sand& Gravel General Permit Coverage from the Department
of Ecology prior to operating.
Refer to Special Condition SL A. on Pages 5-7, and Appendix B on page 44 of the Sand and
Gravel General Permit.
The application form for Sand&Gravel General Permit coverage is available online at the
following Ecology website: http://www.ecy.wa.izov/programs/w(i/sand/index.html
For your convenience, I also have enclosed a copy of the Permit Application Form, including
