The building permit has already been issued for the location you desired. This letter is actually a followup to our conversation and understanding on how the photo center should function. There are two major points which are part of the building permit approval. The first is that the photo center booth is adjacent to highway right-of-way, even if it is paved, and if the booth must be moved due to construction in that right-of-way, then relocation will have to be made by your company. Secondly, it was agreed that the use of striping to identify access lanes to and from the booth should be done to help control traffic within the parking lot area and also to identify the traffic flow to the booth. The best way, probably, is striping of lanes and directional arrows painted on the asphalt. I wish you the best with your project and if you should have questions, please don't hesitate to call.
