COME NOW JAM-ES K. -SHORT and JEFRI ; ARSEA SHORTA , 'husband
and wife; JOHN ;I. CLCUD and 311�20.1 L. CLOUD, husband ana wise; and
} 1-11CHAEL L. DICK and MILLY J. DICK, husband and wife; and agree as
follows:
(1) The parties hereto area partnership doing business
in Mason County, Washington under the name and style of Belfair
.i� Investment Company;
4N.4;AL ;S:.aTr (2) The parties hereto are owners of certain real estate

in Mason County, Washington, which real estate has been short-platted,
- C 19 '1978 and which real estate is fully described under ;;ason County auditor
;0i;!.:N E• RA E File No. 307560. Said snort plat has been divided into parcels A,
B, C, and D. All of said parcels are fully diagrae,ea and set forth
in full legal description under said X*ason County Auditor File No.

(3) The parties hereto acknowledge that parcel A
is the separate property of M'C.HAEL L. DICK and I;ILLY J.
DICY. Parcels B, C, and D are the partnership property of all of
the parties hereto. It is the desire of the parties hereto to
grant unto MIC4;EL L. DICK and XILLY J. DIC7 a certain ease=en,t
affecting parcels B and C and favoring parcel A;
(4) The parties hereto convey and grant unto MICHAEL L.
DICK -and 1•IILLY J. DICK an easement for reasonable in-ress and egress
over and across parcels 3 and C as set forth above, together with
an easement on parcels B for such parking as may reasonaule be needed
to service the development of parcel A, so long as the legal parkin;
requirements for parcel B are not violated .
(5) The easen"er.t for parking on parcel B shall not be l

specifically defined as to area, but shall be no less than that re-
quired under the applicable ;•;aeo: County --oning or other ordinances

or rules or regulations, or such other rules or red-ulstions as ray
be required by the state ana federal government for properly pro- I

viding parking to the development as may be made on Parcel 1.. The
easement for ingress and egress over and across parcels B and C
shall not be specifically defined as to locution and area but shall
at all times be sufficient to allow reasonable ingress and egress
and shall not in any evert oe less than a. strip 30 feet in width.
