1) Approved per site plan and topographic cross-section received May 13, 2014. X

3) Temporary Erosion control measures must be implemented to prevent water quality degradation of adjacent waters or wetlands.

4) All upland areas disturbed or newly created by construction activities shall be seeded, vegetated or given some other equivalent type of protection
against erosion. X
5) Proper disposal of construction debris must be on uplands, in such a manner that debris cannot enter wetlands or cause water quality degradation of
adjacent waters. X
6) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STORMWATER AND DRAINAGE REPORT BY M. WNEK, ALL SURFACE WATER AND POTENTIAL RUNOFF WILL BE
CONTROLLED ON SITE AND SHALL NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT ANY ADJACENT PROPERTIES; NOR INCREASE THE VELOCITY FLOW
ENTERING OR ABUTTING TO ANY STATE OR COUNTY CULVERTING/DITCHING SYSTEM OR ROAD WAY. x
7) INSPECTION REPORTS-ENGINEERED GRADING
The owner/applicant shall provide to Mason County inspection reports prepared by the engineer record, complying with the requirements as noted in
Chapter 14.44, section 14.44.220 through 14.44.230.
Professional inspection of grading operations shall be provided by the civil engineer, soils engineer, engineering geologist and/or testing laboratory
required in accordance with 14.44.230. Inspection reports shall address rough and final grading work and include as-built conditions as specified in
Section 14.44.230 (a1), (a2), (a3).
The permittee shall notify the Mason County Department of Community Development when the grading operation is ready for final inspection, after all
drainage facilities are installed, erosion control measures are completed and all inspection required reports, prepared by the licensed design
profess ionaI(s), have been submitted to Mason County Dept. of Community Development.

8) All approved plans are required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If an inspection is called for and plans are not available on site, then approval will
not be granted. In addition, a re-inspection fee (refer to current fee schedule, minimum 1 hour)will be charged and must be collected by the Building
Department prior to any further inspections being performed or approvals granted.

9) CHANGES TO APPROVED PLANS
All changes to "approved" building plans that effect compliance with the international codes as amended and adopted, or any other Mason County
ordinance or regulation, must be reviewed and approved by Mason County prior to construction.

10) OUTDOOR BURNING
A permit is required for land clearing and burning IN ACCORDANCE WITH Mason County Code Chapter 9.48. Burn permit applications are available
through the Mason County Department of Community Development located at 426 West Cedar Street.

11) All building permits shall have a final inspection performed and approved by the Mason County Building Department prior to permit expiration. The failure
to request a final inspection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being non-compliant with
Maso;�!
unty ordinances and building regulations.

12) All permits expire 180 days after permit issuance, or 180 days after the last inspection activity is performed. The Building Official may extend the time for
action for a period not exceeding 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request indicating that circumstances beyond the control of the permit
holder h7e prevented action from being taken. No more than one extension may be granted.

13) All property lines shall be clearly identified at the time of inspection.

14) A COMPACTION REPORT PREPAREDAND SIGNED LICENSED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SHALL BE REQUIRED. THE REPORT SHALL VERIFY
THAT FILL MATERIAL HAS BEEN COMPACTED TO NOT LESS THAN NINETY-PERCENT OF MAXIMUM DRY DENSITY. SUBMIT COMPACTION
REPORT(S)TO THE MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPT., PO BOX 279, SHELTON, WA 98584 PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION.

15) Access roads shall be constructed and provided in accordance with Mason County Code (MCC) Chapter 14.17.
Signs shall be provided and maintained to identify roads. Approved fire apparatus access roads shall be constructed and designed with an all weather
driving surface of gravel, crushed rock, concrete or asphalt and have the ability to support fire apparatus equipment and shall extend to within 150-ft of
all portions of the exterior wall of any residential or commercial structure. (See MCC 14.17.030 & 14.17.040)
The access road shall have an unobstructed width of 20-ft that extends to within 150 feet of any portion of the exterior walls of the building for
commercial structures or when serving 4 or more parcels or building sites. An unobstructed vertical clearance of not less than 13 feet, 6 inches for the
full width of the road. Dead-end fire apparatus access roads longer than 150 feet are required to have an approved turnaround. Turning radius of the
fire apparatus access road shall be a minimum of 25-ft interior and 45-ft exterior centerline radius. (See MCC 14.17.060, 14.17.070, 14.17.090,
14.17.100).

16) This permit is approved to perform site work needed to construct a building, and provide parking and landscaping in the near future. Site work shall
include preparation for the building site and parking areas, inlcuding earthwork, excavations, utilities, drainage, and erosion control.
Stormwater from the building shall be directed to pourous parking pavement and a drainage system installed in accordance to WNEK engineering
specifications. Periodic and final inspection reports prepared by the engineer shall be provided to the Mason County building departmant for file records.

17) The permit is approved subject to deferred approval of the fire service features that will be installed as part of the parcel development. Fire service
features include installation of the water system to provide fire flow, fire sprinkler connection(s), and fire department connections.
Plans addressing the review of the fire service features included on sheets C6 through C6a will be reviewed by the fire code plans examiner and
approved plan pages will be issued separately as part of this permit.
This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days, or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at any time
after work is commenced dence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building can be occupied.
