Clear exit access is essential to prevent panic or accidental falling of occupants during evacuation. Status: FAIL Notes: Remove tree from exit pathway in dining room. This needs to be done immediately and will be checked within in 24hours. Fire Protection Access and Equipment Maintain access to and operation of standpipes, fire hose, sprinkler valves, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, and other fire protection equipment Fire protection equipment must have clear access and be operational at all times to be effective in an emergency. Status: FAIL Notes: Remove refrigerator in front of the suppression system pull station. This needs to occur immediately and will be checked in the next 24hrs. Housekeeping p 9 Boiler, mechanical, and electrical panel rooms shall not be used for storage. Combustible materials in these equipment rooms often get put too close to sources of heat and a fire will likely result.
