Dear Mr. Oliveto,
This letter concerns your 2007 application for a short subdivision on the above referenced
parcel,which is located on Redfish Lane near Belfair. Recently it has come to my
attention that there has been no activity concerning your short plat application since early
2008 and that the items that I requested in my first letter to you of August 23, 2007 (copy
enclosed) were not provided within the required 180-days.
Per section 16.38.16.(6).(f) of the Mason County Subdivision Ordinance, your
application has expired due to the lack of a timely response to my request for additional
information.
This letter is considered an Administrative Decision. If you wish to appeal this decision,
please consult section 16.3 8.019 and section 15.11 of the Mason County Development
Code.
