Maintenance on the PRINCE OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, located at 1171
Sandhill Rd, Belfair, Washington.
INSPECTION AND TESTING OF ALL SMOKE DETECTORS & PULL STATIONS.
TESTING Ors COMMUNICATOR AND CONFIRMATION OF MONITORING STATUS .
Upon expiration of the first year agreement a fee of $300 . 00 will
be charged semi annually ($600 .00 annually) to maintain and confirm
monitoring status . This agreement will commence June 1 , 1995 .
This agreement excludes all costs required in the testing of the
sprinkler. system. Sprinkler_ system to be tested by others.
