Lead Agency Mason Regional Planning Department. This proposal has been determined to not have a significant adverse impact upon the environment. An EIS is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c) . Must meet Department of Ecology (DOE) requirements on: (1) surface runoff and settling pond design criteria and maintenance to prevent H2O contamin- ation, (2) obtaining approval for woodwaste disposal on a county and DOE approved site, (3) noise levels to be below state and federal standards. II. Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirement on: the design of the access intersection on state highway 3 to the project site to insure safe turning movement and traffic circulation to and from the site. III. Must meet Thurston-Mason Health District requirement on: obtaining a site inspection approval for the yard office's septic system. IV. Must meet Department of Natural Resources (DNR) requirement on: pro- viding fire control equipment on site. 1
