Parking stalls shall be 96-inches wide and shall be identified by approved sign. The amount of parking spaces shall comply with Table 1106.1 as follows: 1-25 parking spaces= 1 accessible space, 26-50 parking spaces=2 accessible spaces, 51-75 parking spaces= 3 accessible space, and 76-100 parking spaces=4 accessible spaces. One (1)van space shall be provided for every 6 accessible space or fraction thereof. Details and specifications for accessible parking, taken from ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003, Section 501through 503 are attached to the approved plans. All construction activity was installed (or demolished) in accordance with the contract documents prepared and in accordance with the two (2) permits issued by Mason County identified above. KPFF prepared a punch list that included a single item - repaint one of the four accessible stalls to be compliant with ADA requirements. KPFF has signed off on the rest of the project and provided the contractor and Department of Corrections with a certificate of Substantial Completion.
