GRD2010-00007
1) Accessible parking shall be located in parking lots in accordance to the 2006 International Building Code, Section 1106. Parking stalls shall be 96-inches
wide and shall be identified by approved sign. The amount of parking spaces shall comply with Table 1106.1 as follows:
1-25 parking spaces= 1 accessible space,
26-50 parking spaces=2 accessible spaces,
51-75 parking spaces= 3 accessible space,
and 76-100 parking spaces=4 accessible spaces.
One (1)van space shall be provided for every 6 accessible space or fraction thereof.
Details and specifications for accessible parking, taken from ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003, Section 501through 503 are attached to the approved plans.
Th 1Nason County Building Inspector will verify that adequate parking is provided and installed correctly at the final inspection.

9) Compliance with an approved Storm Water Plan shall be subject to an on site inspection, or inspections, by the engineer of record or an authorized
representative. Said inspection(s) shall be performed in accordance with the approved plan, and prior to any modification that would make a
determination of compliance impossible.
Inspection reports shall be submitted to verify all engineering requirements have been completed in accordance with the approved storm water plan.

On Thursday, September 30th, 2010 1 visited the subject site and performed a final site
observation. All construction activity was installed (or demolished) in accordance with the contract
documents prepared and in accordance with the two (2) permits issued by Mason County identified
above. KPFF prepared a punch list that included a single item - repaint one of the four accessible
stalls to be compliant with ADA requirements. KPFF has signed off on the rest of the project and
provided the contractor and Department of Corrections with a certificate of Substantial Completion.
Please consider this letter our recommendation for completion of the project. Thank you and feel
