THE WATER TANK NEEDS TO BE ANCHORED IN PLACE, AN R-10 RIGID INSULATION PAD NEEDS TO BE UNDER THE TANK, VENT THE PRESSURE RELIEF LINE TO THE EXTERIOR DO NOT REDUCE THE PIPE SIDES OFF THE RELIEF VALVE. 9. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INTERIOR STAIRWAY: MINIMUM RUN IS 9 INCHES, MAXIMUM RISE IS 8 INCHES, MAX. VARIANCE BETWEEN STEPS IS 3/8 INCH. PROVIDE 1 HANDRAIL 34 TO 38 INCHES IN HEIGHT 1 1/2 TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER, PROVIDE A GUARDRAIL 36 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITH NO OPENINGS IN PICKETS GREATER THAN 4 INCHES.
