LEVEL.
2. PROVIDE A 1 3/8 SOLID CORE WOOD DOOR
INTO THE GARAGE WITH A SELF CLOSER.
3. SHEETROCK ON THE GARAGE SIDE WITH 5/8
TYPE X SHEETROCK, ON THE COMMIN WALLS,
THE CEILING IN THE GARAGE AREA AND ALL
SUPPORTING WALLS OF THE SECOND FLOOR.
4. PROVIDE A FAN IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM
VENTED TO THE EXTERIOR.
5. VENT THE DRYER TO THE EXTERIOR, USE
SMOOTH WALLMETAL PIPE NO SCREWS.
6. PROVIDE AN AIR GAP ON THE DISH WASHER
DRAIN LINE ON THE DRAIN BOARD.
7. THE WOOD STOVE ON THE FIRST LEVEL
NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED AS PER THE
MANUFACTURES SPECS.
.8. THE WATER TANK NEEDS TO BE ANCHORED
IN PLACE, AN R-10 RIGID INSULATION PAD
NEEDS TO BE UNDER THE TANK, VENT THE
PRESSURE RELIEF LINE TO THE EXTERIOR DO
NOT REDUCE THE PIPE SIDES OFF THE RELIEF
VALVE.
9. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INTERIOR
STAIRWAY:
MINIMUM RUN IS 9 INCHES, MAXIMUM RISE IS
8 INCHES, MAX. VARIANCE BETWEEN STEPS IS
3/8 INCH. PROVIDE 1 HANDRAIL 34 TO 38
INCHES IN HEIGHT 1 1/2 TO 2 INCHES IN
DIAMETER, PROVIDE A GUARDRAIL 36 INCHES
IN HEIGHT WITH NO OPENINGS IN PICKETS
GREATER THAN 4 INCHES. MINIMUM CEILING
HEIGHT IS 6 FT. 8 INCHES.
10. PROVIDE NON-COMBUSTIBLE PROTECTION
ON THE SLOPE CEILING ABOVE THE RANGE IN
KITCHEN, 24 ga. METAL MINIMUM OR EQUAL.
